TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from WADEEAH HAGEB (“we”, “us”,“our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our Craft
All scarves are handmade in the United Kingdom using 100% silk.
Each piece is individually sewn, so subtle variations in weave, size, or finish are a natural feature and not a defect.
Colours shown online may appear slightly different in person due to variations in lighting, screen settings, and natural silk characteristics.
3. Pricing & Doing Our Part
All prices are in GBP (£). Prices are confirmed at the time of purchase.
Doing our part:
- For the Palestine scarf, 100% of profits will be donated to The Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF)
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the unlikely event of stock issues or errors, in which case a full refund will be issued.
5. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days. Delivery times are estimates.
Responsibility for the item passes to the customer upon delivery.
For international orders, we are not responsible for customs delays.
6. Returns
You may return your item within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided it is unused, unaltered, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Faulty Items & International Duties
Each piece is carefully inspected prior to dispatch. Should you believe your item to be faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery,
and no later than 14 days from receipt, providing clear details
and photos.
If a genuine fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, or refund in line with UK consumer law.
Please note that all overseas taxes, customs duties, and import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
8. Care
Silk is a delicate natural fibre. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect care, washing, or handling.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, imagery, and content remain the exclusive property of WADEEAH HAGEB and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
PRIVACY NOTICE
We collect only the personal information needed to process and deliver your order, such as your name, email address, and delivery details.
Payment details are handled securely by our payment provider. We do not store card information.
Your data is used only to fulfil your order, communicate about it, and meet legal or accounting requirements.
We do not use your data for marketing.
We share your information only with essential services such as payment processors and delivery companies.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.
